Daniel started his career as a chef working for a small pub company based in Oxfordshire. After this he then gained experience in a number of country house hotels in Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire, catering for fine dining restaurants, weddings and conferences.
Daniel has also worked with independent contract caterers Holroyd Howe (now merged with Baxter Storey), delivering a high quality food service to corporate office environments as well as independent schools and colleges. The catering varied from busy staff restaurants to canapé receptions, grand banquets for 500 to fine dining for handful of boardroom executives.
Daniel heads up the business from the kitchen and runs the day to day operations at the company’s unit near Bradenstoke, Wiltshire.

Alexis has worked in the catering industry for most of her adult life! She graduated from The University of Bedfordshire with a BA(Hons) in Media Production and a keen interest in photography. After university, Alexis worked for a photographic company where she gained experience as a professional photographer and also as a studio manager.
Alexis and Daniel have always worked together in the hospitality industry, from small restaurants through to country house hotels. In 2005, Alexis and Daniel joined the management team in the running of a successful gastro pub based in Oxfordshire.
Alexis now works as the Event and Front of House Manager for the company.
