“Collier’s Food and Service provided the catering for the Wiltshire County ASA Annual President’s Dinner in September 2011. Leading up to the Dinner, we couldn’t have asked for more – Daniel was helpful, giving advice when needed, and listened to our requirements completely. The menu that he offered was just what we had discussed and came in at a great price! On the day, the service provided was second to none – Daniel and his assistant chef, and wife Alexis, helped with the complete set up incl. table laying, setting out decorations, etc. The food was impeccable – after each course every single one of the 80 plates was returned empty, and we were waited upon expertly and efficiently by 3 lovely waiters/waitresses and Function Manager Alexis.”

"We chose to have our informal wedding reception in our own garden and we were looking for caterers to do an informal tasty BBQ to cater for our 50 guests.
We chose Collier's Food & Service because their website looked professional and striking, they were prompt in coming back with a menu sample and the quote was a sensible price.
Collier's Food & Service were outstanding on the day. They arrived early to set up, the presentation of the food was excellent and they even washed up our breakfast things which we had been eating before they arrived as they had some spare time.
Everyone commented on how good the food was, especially the burgers which were extremely tasty and excellent quality meat and I am sure most people tried to squeeze in double helpings!
We would never hesitate recommending them to any of our friends or business contacts that we know and will be our first choice if we ever have any other functions ourselves.
