The Calne Food & Drink Festival - 10th September 2011
A whole host of food & drink activities are planned; local cuisine will be celebrated and you will be able to enjoy local produce from your very own region. There are plans for a host of activities in the week leading up to the event including themed evenings in local restaurants as well as a junior masterchef competition.
On the day itself there will be a farmers market, mini cider and beer festival and themed food stall of all descriptions lining the streets, including a food market in the town hall where Collier's Food & Service will have a stall selling some tasty home made produce!
The Hilmarton Summer Fair and Food Festival - July 2011
A traditional summer fair aimed at children with a wide variety of activities including splat the rat, bouncy castle and a treasure hunt. There will also be a variety of local producers including s stall form Collier's Food & Service serving up salads, savoury tarts and soups.
The Wiltshire Bay and Child Show - July 2011
On the 9th July at Calne Leisure centre, 10am - 4pm. Over 35 stalls as well as lots of demo's. Everything from toys, clothes, crafts to jewellery, books, food and lots more. Face painting and a bouncy castle for the kids, and of course a stand from Collier's Food & Service with demo's and tasters throughout the day.
Our new unit - April 2011
In the middle of April we moved into our new unit based at Bittlesea Farm, Bradenstoke. This is the comapnys new base, purposfully designed to cope with the companys expanding needs! All private and corporate functions will be catered for from this fully equipped preperation kitchen.
At Bittlesea Farm, later this year there will be a cookery school hosting a variety of classes. In addition. there will also be an exclusive events barn, able to host functions for upto 100 people, all in a peaceful setting with breathtaking views over Dauntsy vale. Collier's Food & Service will be working closey with Bittlesea Barn to offer bespoke catering and event packages.
